Our FREE 30-minute fitness assessment is the first step toward crushing your goals! One of our personal trainers will guide you through the session, which includes:
• InBody 270 Body Composition Scan – Get a detailed look at your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, BMI, and BMR (how many calories you burn at rest). This scan helps us track real progress beyond just the scale.
• Grip Strength Test – A simple hand squeeze test that gives insight into overall strength and potential muscular imbalances.
• Quick Functional Workout – We’ll walk you through a short series of movements to evaluate your current fitness level.
• Nutrition & Goal Review – We’ll talk about your eating habits, fitness goals, and how we can help get you there.
Workout clothes and water are recommended, and this assessment is required before beginning personal training. It’s open to anyone—whether you’re just getting started or want to see where you stand.
